Funny you post this, I actually had a conversation this morning stating that I have digicam lust for the first time. Wow that puppy looks nice. Guess I always wanted a lieca ;)
While we are talking about digicams, maybe we should make a digicam forum as a resource for others? just a possibility.

So what if DOL doesn't respond before the H1 expires..Can the Employer file for H1 Extension without an approved LCA ??
And if the LCA is denied because the DOL doesn't recognize the FEIN what options have we got..Can the employer reapply for LCA or just submit the Info and wait for info from DOL ??

Thanks TexDBoy, so the first employer will come to know at 485 stage of all the previous employments which is a voilation of the first employer rules that you should not be working anywhere.

u can retain PD only if u have Labor and I140 approved from Old Company.
When u file I-140 with new company - u dislcose intent to retain old PD as u submit copy of approved I-140 (u got with old Comapny)

Are there any risk factors involved in changging the job by invoking AC21 ??
its not any more or less risker than someone who is not married or whose spouse has already filed 485 (ie. your special case makes no difference to your using AC-21): only thing to consider is: what visa is your wife on, if H4, then you must change jobs using H1. You will need to stay on H1 until your PD is current and your wife is able to file her 485.

The use of H1b is extensive just to promote false news....
H1b and Greencards are used in the same context. Many 'technology' magazines don't like either GC's or H1b's.
GC process is a 'fair' atleast when it comes to prevailing wage and so they quote 'H1b' quite often to build up their case.

My attorney filed for H1B extension.
Unfortunately, by mistake LCA stating dates from 07/31/2007 to 07/30/2010.
but I am only qualify upto 06/30/2010 as per 6 year H1B limit.
Atty, told me that 1-129 going to file upto 06/30/2010.
Is it o.k.
I will appreciate your input!

You don't have to worry about it, if you e-file. When you e-file, the version of the forms that gets filled out by USCIS is way old. I am sure its a bug but I guess USCIS will accept it because it was e-filed.

Complete your profile first. How come your GC is not approved if your PD is Nov'02 with EB-2 India....Is your I-140 approved and I-485 pending for more than 180 days? If so, it doesn't matter if your employer revokes I-140, you will be covered under AC21, provided you have another job offer in a same/similar position.
